Responsibilities:
Paper & Digital wireframing, conduction usability studies & research, considering accessibility, creating design iterations and creating low and high fidelity prototypes.
The Problem:
Busy users wanting to quickly order their concert tickets and gear all in one place instead of separate websites.
The Goal:
The goal is to create the MerchMall app which will let users which will let users bundle concert merchandise and ticket orders which will affect users who want to save money and purchase memorabilia by giving them a one stop shop for their concert needs. We will measure effectiveness by analyzing bundling data and percentages of money saved.
User Research Summary:

I conducted unmoderated usability studies to gain feedback on insight on the functionality and usefulness of my MerchMall app. I focused mostly on a mixed target audience containing participants between the ages of 26-60 who reside in both metropolitan and suburban locations. Participants who like to attend concerts between 1 and 5 times a year. Users were asked to place an order for merchandise on a low-fidelity prototype.
These users successfully used the app to place and order and then provide feedback by answering the questions and rating difficulty and effective functionality of the ordering process.
Overall they confirmed that they like the bundling options the app provides and like the quick and straightforward ordering process. Some user problems included prominence of buttons, the want of having a detailed item view (which was not included) and a current inventory to ensure that items shown are available for purchase.
